Martin
I teach AP Calculus AB, and many of my students come to me when derivatives start to feel too abstract. I’ve spent the last few years tutoring sixth form and international school students online. I focus especially on limits, optimisation, and related rates, and I usually teach through College Board style questions rather than generic worksheets.

Audrey
I specialise in AP Biology and have taught students preparing for both class assessments and the final exam. My degree is in Biological Sciences, and I previously worked in a molecular biology lab, which helps when students need clearer explanations of cell communication, genetics, and experimental design. I also spend time on FRQs because that is often where strong students drop marks.

Michael
I teach AP Chemistry with a strong focus on the topics that tend to trip people up later on, like equilibrium, acids and bases, and electrochemistry. I graduated in Chemistry and have worked with secondary students and first-year undergraduates. My style is structured rather than flashy: I want students to understand why a method works, not just memorise a shortcut that falls apart in free-response questions.

Laetitia
I teach AP Physics, and alongside tutoring I have worked with students on university-entry science courses, so I am used to explaining mechanics and electricity in a way that is concise and mathematically sound. Much of my AP work is centred on problem sets, lab-style reasoning, and showing students how to write solutions clearly under timed conditions.

Arnaud
I tutor AP English Language and focus mainly on argument, rhetorical analysis, and synthesis writing. My degree is in English Education, and I have taught academic writing to secondary students for several years. In lessons, I pay close attention to line of reasoning and evidence selection, because many students already have good ideas but do not yet organise them in a way that scores consistently.

Louise
I specialise in AP English Literature and have an academic background in literature. I work with students on poetry, prose fiction, and drama, with particular attention to commentary structure and textual evidence. Many of my students are confident readers but need help moving from general impressions to precise written analysis, so our sessions often involve close reading and short, timed paragraph work.

Marco
Hi, I’m an AP Calculus BC tutor with a background in applied maths and a soft spot for sequences, series, and parametric equations. I started tutoring early on and kept going because I enjoyed the problem-solving side of it. My lessons are usually quite direct: we go through the method, look at where marks are lost, and then practise until the working is clean and quick.

Julien
I’m an AP Biology tutor and I genuinely like teaching the parts students usually dread, especially photosynthesis, respiration, and gene regulation. I began tutoring during my studies for students in international programmes. I’m quite practical in lessons: we sort out vocabulary first, then diagrams, then the written application questions so nothing feels disconnected on exam day.

Caroline
Hello, I tutor AP Chemistry and I’m usually the person students find once thermodynamics or kinetics starts getting messy. I have been tutoring online for several years. I like teaching with plenty of worked examples, but I also make students explain the chemistry back to me in simple language. That tends to show very quickly whether the topic has actually clicked.

Xavier
I’m an AP Physics tutor with an engineering-physics background, and I probably spend most of my week talking about forces, circular motion, and electric fields. I started tutoring when classmates kept sending their younger siblings my way. I’m quite calm as a teacher and I don’t mind going over the same setup twice if needed, especially when the maths is fine but the physical idea is still fuzzy.
